🚀 Immediate Delivery of Digital Goods

All digital products and rewards are delivered instantly once your payment is processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the content is immediately available and waive any right to a withdrawal period under applicable consumer protection laws.

💳 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not offered once items are delivered. However, in rare and exceptional cases, we may consider a refund request. Examples of qualifying circumstances may include:

  • Unexpected financial hardship
  • Severe medical emergencies
  • Death or serious illness in the family
  • Other major real-life emergencies

Refunds in these situations are at the sole discretion of Luminance Roleplay management and are not guaranteed.

🔁 Subscription Cancellations

Active subscriptions must be cancelled directly through Tebex before the next billing date. This process is automated and ensures your subscription does not renew.

Failure to cancel in time will not qualify for a refund unless under extreme circumstances. Tebex provides multiple renewal reminders before charges occur.

⚠️ Chargebacks

Chargebacks are considered fraudulent by payment processors and result in financial penalties for the community. As such:

  • Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from Luminance Roleplay.
  • Fees caused by chargebacks may be added to your account balance.
  • Please contact us first if you encounter payment issues.
